Post-Assessment Support | Flourishing Families Continued Support Service
We are proud to offer ongoing, holistic support through the “Flourishing Families Continued Support Service”—unique to our organisation. This service ensures families continue to receive structured guidance once they transition from Camellia House back into their communities.
Support may include 24/7 Family Support Worker availability, and follow-up visits from Independent Social Workers (ISWs) we have across England and Wales. Each support plan is tailored to Local Authority or Family Court directives.
Our goal is to help parents sustain positive change, strengthen their parenting capacity, and confidently manage risk. A final holistic assessment report summarises the support delivered and outlines available community resources for long-term success.
